Terms of service
Plain terms for a simple transaction: you order a hamper, we make and deliver it.
Orders
An order is confirmed when you receive the confirmation email. Prices shown include GST. We may decline an order if an item is genuinely unavailable, and you are refunded in full.
Delivery
We deliver to the date you choose where we can. Weather, strikes and courier delays occasionally get in the way; where they do, we will tell you rather than let the date pass silently.
Personalised content
You are responsible for what you write on a card. We will not print anything unlawful or abusive, and we will refund an order rather than do so.
Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the order. Nothing here limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
